P1 Cancellation And Refund Policy

1. YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT AND REQUEST A REFUND

1.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you purchased a P1 Challenge Account (including 1-Step, 2-Step, or Instant challenges).

1.2 A refund may only be issued if:

• no simulated trades have been placed on the P1 Account; and
• a valid cancellation request is received by P1 within 14 days of the purchase date.

If any trade – including a single simulated order – has been executed, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.

1.3 To request a refund, you must send an email to: [email protected]

Your request must be submitted within the 14-day period. P1 will confirm receipt of your request without undue delay.

1.4 All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once a refund is approved, P1 will process it within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

1.5 P1 reserves the right to immediately withdraw from the Agreement in the event of any breach by the Customer, including but not limited to:

• providing false or misleading information,
• engaging in prohibited trading practices,
• violating P1’s Terms & Conditions,
• initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

In such cases, the Customer is not entitled to a refund.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• trading activity has begun (even one trade),
• the 14-day window has expired,
• the challenge has been completed,
• the challenge has been failed,
• the account has been breached due to rule violations,
• payouts or performance rewards have been issued,
• repeated refund requests from the same Customer,
• purchases made by Customers who violate P1’s Terms & Conditions.

All fees become final once trading activity begins.

3. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a Customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

• all P1 Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated,
• all pending payouts may be cancelled,
• P1 may recover any associated costs or fees,
• the Customer may be permanently banned from P1.

Chargebacks are treated as a breach of the P1 Terms & Conditions.

4. DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE

4.1 If the Services provided by P1 do not correspond to what was agreed or have not been delivered correctly, you may exercise your rights relating to defective performance. P1 does not provide any guarantee regarding the profitability, quality, or outcome of simulated trading.

4.2 You must notify P1 of any defect without undue delay by emailing: [email protected] and follow P1’s complaints procedure as outlined in the General Terms & Conditions.

4.3 When exercising rights relating to defective performance, you may request:

• correction of the defect, or
• a reasonable discount.

If the defect cannot be remedied, you may:

• withdraw from the contract, or
• request a reasonable discount.

4.4 P1 will make every effort to resolve your complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 30 calendar days from receipt. P1 will confirm receipt and resolution of your complaint in writing.
